About Health Alliance
As of January 1, 2004, over 6000 RealCare members are using the Health Alliance Network. MCC and Horizon Health clients are signing up now. Soon you will be seeing the Health Alliance logo, like the one above, on the ID cards of our participating members. We look forward to presenting this network as it allows more patient access to what we believe is the best system of physicians and providers delivering the highest quality of care in Nevada.

The Health Alliance Network is made up of Horizon Health Network, MCC (AlterNet) Network, and the Hometown Health Network in northern Nevada.

Las Vegas, NVThere will not be any changes in the current administration for the Health Alliance network. Providers can still reach their respective MCC or Horizon representatives regarding questions, referrals and precertifications. You may also reach Health Alliance Customer Service staff at 702.94H.APPO or (702) 944.8776.
All new MCC and Horizon business will be offered Health Alliance. As of January 1, RealCare and RealCare Plus+ Health Plans are using Health Alliance. Existing MCC and Horizon business will be offered Health Alliance this year.
You may access the Health Alliance Virtual PPO Directory on any of our websites: www.mccnevada.com, or www.hanppo.com. A limited number of printed directories are available by faxing a written request on your provider's letterhead to 702.933.6659.
